Kiki Dennis Interiors provides residential interior design services to clients with varying project scopes and aesthetic sensibilities.

While each new project includes a specialized approach, specifically geared towards the needs and goals of the client, our services can be summarized into three main phases:

DESIGN DEVELOPMENT

In the first phase, the client's goals and objectives, including aesthetic and functional considerations, are determined. Once these are in place, we begin developing a design concept, space planning, researching options, preparing a budget, and present all of the above to the client.

SPECIFICATION PHASE

After ideas from the first phase have been developed and approved by the client, the next phase involves specifying and communicating those details to vendors, architects and contractors for implementation.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

This final stage includes coordination and supervision of deliveries and installations, quality control and any final touches required to bring the project to completion.
